Outreach

Unity Meals

Unity Meals hosts community outreach events every 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month, serving the Phillips Community in Minneapolis with hot meals, essential resources, and compassionate connection. Our main goal is to build meaningful relationships — creating a consistent, safe space where neighbors feel seen, valued, and supported. These gatherings are made possible through partnership with dedicated local leaders, including The Human Collective Outreach, Good Day Coffee, and Chef Jeff Catering, all working together to nourish bodies, uplift spirits, and strengthen the community.

Get Involved

We welcome compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful difference in the community to get involved and volunteer with us. Whether you can serve meals, help organize resources, or simply offer a kind presence, your time and heart matter. There are many tangible ways to serve:

  • organize a group of friends, coworkers, or church members to assemble hygiene kits
  • sponsor an outreach day by donating $400 to help cover meals and supplies
  • serve hot food alongside friends while building genuine relationships with our unhoused community members
  • donate essential items like socks and toiletries; or help with setup and cleanup.

Volunteering is a powerful way to build relationships, uplift neighbors, and be part of something bigger than yourself. If you feel called to serve, please click the link provided to learn more and sign up to volunteer.
